The 499 foot, 46 story Skyscraper will be Fort Lauderdale’s most advanced ‘Smart Building’ in existence.
PCS engineering staff has focused on designing the Data Network for the ‘Internet of Things’, (IoT) regarding data network capacity and speed, along with providing PCS’s SmartNet Protection, Fiber Optic backbone and fully integrated high speed advanced switch systems all combine to insure 100 Las Olas guest and residents the optimal data network performance and reliability for future generations to come.
The Skyscraper will be home to the Hyatt Centric Hotel, Hyatt’s exclusive, luxury Hotel and also will be offering 121 contemporary, advanced network, energy-efficient residences and state-of-the-art amenities.

The 499-foot, 46-level building is destined to become downtown Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building and first condominium project in a decade.
The hotel will occupy the first 15 levels and the residences levels 16-46 of the 46-level brand new building in the heart of the vibrant downtown, the first mixed-use building agreement for the Hyatt Centric brand.
100 Las Olas will also have 8,500 square feet of select retail and dining space with outdoor seating on the first level.
